1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing equipment through stagelights.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales of moving heads, theatrical Fresnels, profile spotlights, LED PAR cans, stage curtains, and control consoles manufactured or supplied by Stage Lights India (a division of Auditorium Works).

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All pricing quoted on the portal or via official Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is in Indian National Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable GST (18% / 28% based on HSN classification).
• Official commercial quotations generated by our sales team are valid for 15 calendar days from issuance, unless stated otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to revise product specifications, optical configurations, and component suppliers without prior notice to incorporate technological upgrades.

3. Orders, Dispatch & Logistics

Orders are processed upon receipt of formal purchase order and advance payment confirmation. Standard catalog items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours across our network of 20+ regional warehouses. Custom Gobos, motorized stage curtains, and turnkey rigging truss fabrications require lead times specified at the time of quotation.

4. Manufacturer Warranty & Technical Support

All professional luminaires carry an authentic 2-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty covering LED emitters, power supplies (Mean Well / equivalent), stepper motors, and logic boards. Consumable items such as lamps (discharge burners) carry limited operational hour warranties.

5. Return & Cancellation Policy

In the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing discrepancy, notification must be submitted within 48 hours of physical consignment receipt with unboxing videography. Replacement units or technical service engineers will be dispatched promptly.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or related to commercial transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
