Standard channel distribution policies for authorized partners • Stage Lights India
1. Scope of Channel Partnership
These Terms govern the commercial engagement between Stage Lights India (“Company”) and registered business entities enrolled as Authorized Regional Dealers, System Integrators, or Rental Partners (“Partner”).
2. Eligibility & Onboarding Requirements
- Active GST registration with verified business credentials in audio-visual, event production, theatrical equipment, or electrical contracting.
- Commitment to adhere to brand guidelines and standard Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
- Technical capability to provide first-line installation guidance or DMX commissioning to end-users.
3. Margins, Tier Pricing & Credit Terms
Partners are entitled to tiered commercial discount structures based on committed quarterly procurement thresholds. Official price lists are updated biannually. Initial orders are processed against 100% advance or Letter of Credit; revolving credit terms may be extended following 6 months of satisfactory transaction history.
4. Warranty Backing & Spare Parts Priority
The Company provides factory-level warranty backing for all luminaires sold through authorized channel partners. Critical spare parts (power supplies, main logic boards, driver ICs, fan assemblies) are prioritized for dispatch within 24 hours to ensure zero operational downtime for concert and theatrical venues.
5. Termination & Dispute Resolution
Either party may terminate the partnership upon 30 days written notice. All transactions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
